Great experience. Very fast arrival time. The driver was able to fix my car and get it running. Prevented me from having to tow it. He even knocked 20 dollars off the cost since there was no tow!
On our way back to Shelburne from Boston on July 4th we needed roadside assistance. Not expecting to receive prompt response, we called the nearest company according to Google; Black Fork Towing. We were pleasantly surprised as Rod West answered our call and our request to be towed to Shelburne. He was professional and courteous. Rod quickly loaded our vehicle and drove us to our destination. Truly 5 star customer service was delivered. So thankful for a helping hand on a holiday.
These guys were fantastic. Recently needed a tow, called them at 6 AM and they were tremendously friendly and courteous. They explained I could even leave the car and they would take care of everything for me without even being there. They even left a receipt in my car when I forgot to ask for one - and I left enough money for a tip and they were so honest they left it behind as my change. Either way, top notch service and very customer service oriented, which you don't seem to get much these days. They took excellent care of my car and it arrived safely to its destination. I highly recommend these folks and wish more businesses operated the way they do.
I had the dreaded "interstate flat tire" and didn't feel comfortable changing it out. I called Blackfork and the driver was at my car less than 10 minutes later. It took him just a few minutes to change it out - he even checked the air pressure on my spare before throwing it on. Friendly, prompt service - I would absolutely call Blackfork again, although I'm hoping I don't have to!
Rod gave me really great service, took extra precautions to protect my car when pulling it onto the ramp, and was able to meet his dog! Definitely cheered me up a bit. Was a little expensive for how close I was to home, but great experience overall.
